Burak Azak Had a Win On Sunday’s Gold League
Burak Azak recorded a decisive win in the Gold League of Kaya Baban Winter Series on Sunday night, when he produced double clear with S.I.E.C.’s Dusty Star. Competing in this second leg of Gold Tour (1.30m),Kaya Baban Winter League, Burak was one of the 8 through to the jump-off from a start list of 29 and he won the competition. At the same time he was in the 4th place on SIEC Lanjaron by putting the second fence of the jump-off unluckily down with his leg over the turn.

Melisa Hoskal finished in the 2nd place on Kleber (33.53/0), followed by Mert Emiroglu and Canaletto 12 combination (33.52/0) from SIEC in the 3rd place. Including the results of the first leg, Burak Azak is in the 7th place with 25 points where Melisa Hoskal is in the lead so far with 44. Mert Emiroglu has 34 in the Gold League keeping his place in the second place and Sencer Can holds number 3 in the standings before the Final in March 20-21.
Sevil Sabanci jumped in 1.20 Silver League on her grey gelding S.I.E.C. Lewis Cypher. The combination went clear both rounds (including one jump-off) and placed 4th in a field of 68. The winner was Buke Yildiz, the new rider of SIEC club, riding her winner mare Luck Lynn (32.6/0).
In seniors class, Gerry Flynn rode the young chestnut S.I.E.C. Copy Cat and had 2 time faults that put him in the 5th place. Husnu Dinc took the trophy on Chiara with a clear round in the jump-off in 43.88sec.
In Bronze League (1.20m), another rider from SIEC was in the lead, Buket Tarhan on Picasso Z proved that they were fast enough to win and whit her result she took the first place in the standings before the final with 43 points.
SIEC Pony Club Riders are The winner of The Weekend
SIEC Pony Club riders kept on their successful records of results in Kaya Baban Winter League Pony Classes at the weekend. On Saturday, in 60cm, PII and PIII category riders rode to have the possible closest time to the optimum time in the course and it was Selin Kasay on Hugo who achieved doing so. Selen Karahan and S.I.E.C. Barbie was in the 3rd place. In PIII, the new rider of the club Aylin Dayoglu won her very first competition on S.I.E.C. Hope repeating her success on the second day at 70cm also. In PII, Ada Taspolatoglu on Dauphine’s Macy took the 3rd palace.
SIEC rider Derin Demirsoy put his bay gelding Rusty, across the line in 53.75seconds ahead of 110 starters of 1.30m class on Friday 5th and placed 4th in Neeroteeren CSI2* show. Among 113, It was Lowie Joppen, riding Valentino for Holland (52.26/0), who proved that he is fast enough to put himself in the first place. Second place is taken by Guido Hornesch and Berlin combination (BEL) in 52.40sec. Robert Vos was in the 3rd place on Rudi (53.26/0)

Kaya Baban Winter League that organized by IASK continues with the 2nd leg of the Bronze, Silver and Gold League competitions this weekend at IASK 6-7 March. SIEC Team rider Richard Grom, who is riding young horses of the team, keeps on taking top results at young horses classes in Germany. Grom rode S.I.E.C Lonnie and S.I.E.C. Zelinosa on Thursday 25th in Heidelberg-Kirchheim Horse Show. In a field of 29 young horses- 1.15m-1.20m- Richard Grom won on Lonnie with 8.2 and he was in the second place on promising young mare Zelinosa with 7.8. more...

SIEC Team Riders dominates the Private Cups and Turkish Championship for C.D.B and Ladies that was held in Capital Country Club in Ankara. Gerry Flynn produced a spectacular win at Ankara and won the top three cups in Ankara. The second day at the 3* show in Athens started with the 1.35m class. Gerry Flynn on Feng Schui completed the first round clear and continued in the second place. He had also another clear round in 31,85 sec which put him in to the 5th place. In order to make contribution in the development of equestrian sports, to give experience to the riders in different environments, S international Equestrian Centre welcomed Gurman Equestrian Sport Club which was the first club returned after the declaration of SIEC for clinics all over Turkey.
